Buy Cradle Swing

Baby loves it!!
We just bought this for our 4 1/2 month old son. We had an older Rainforest jumperoo that was given to us that he LOVED, but we wanted another one so he could have one at home and the babysitters house. We chose this one because of all the features and toys it had on it and I liked the fact that it was educational as well (sings ABC's and teaches colors and animals, ect). When we put Caleb in it for the first time he didn't seem to happy and the lowest setting was a little tall for him still (he is 25 in long) so we would put a thin pillow or blanket underneath him to help out and he would go to town jumping away. Also, with the rainforest jumper, he would put his arms down in the seat, out of the leg hole and get stuck that way, in this jumperoo, he can't do that, nor does he try, which is great! It's been a few weeks and he no longer needs the added support to reach the floor, but he is still a little confused as to what to do with the toys on it. I am dissapointed with the little pig farm and the cow that's on it. They don't really do anything. I guess with the pigs you are supposed to be able to hit one and the others pop up higher, but they barely move at all so there's really nothing to play with and with the cow, you are supposed to hit a button and he ducks down and then back up, but again, he barely moves, so what a waste. Luckily, the overhead light bar is enough to keep him occupied for a good period of time. He will just sit there and be amazed by the lights. He hasn't quite figured out the flipping of the pages of the book yet, but I am sure he will get there. Lastly, I really like that you can set the music to come on only when they bounce or constantly no matter what. He loves the music, as well as the ABC's and rhymes. Overall, I recommed this jumperoo to all parents out there, and if you don't like this one, get another one because it is truley a lifesaver when you need a freehand for a few minutes and sometimes for 30 mins or more.

Lifesaver
This was SUCH a hit! Now she holds onto the outside and jumps holding it. I'm giving it 5 stars because she loved it so much...happy baby/happy working-from-home-mom -- but my critique and word of advisement is that having a particularly short baby who was an early/stander/walker etc is that the next model should have an extra adjustment for it to sit lower to the ground. But it was such an easy fix with a rectangle of cushion I bought from a local fabric/craft store and covered in fabric. I preferred for her to jump on a cushion instead of the hardwood floor anyway.

Good product, probably purchased a little early (4 months) but I think it will work out as time progresses. Lots to see and do for my granddaughter - still not sure it is worth the extra $$$, but.....she's a princess!

Overall great, with two flaws
Overall, I really like this product and so does my 7-month old. She loves to jump in it and is entertained by the lights and the music (which, as someone else pointed out, isn't that annoying). I like that there are different music/light modes -- two types of music (one focused on ABCs, one just songs) and two ways to trigger the sound and lights (either select that the music/lights play continuously until the timeframe runs out, or choose music and lights that are triggered by baby's actions). Plus two levels of volume. The problems I have are as others note -- the peek-a-boo horsey barely moves up and down (maybe 1/4"), and the same with the pigs (which seem to be sort of like that old game "whack a mole" -- push on one and another rises up). By just enabling greater movement, I think both of these components would be more fun. But overall, I was very glad I purchased this over other jumpers/exersaucers and would recommend it to others.

Great baby entertainment
We bought this jumperoo for our grandson who's almost six months old. We've had it about a month now and does he ever love it! He bounces as hard as he can and grabs all of the toys he can reach, and he especially likes the spinning ball and flashing lights. It is still on the lowest setting and we're sure he will enjoy this for months to come. We couldn't be more pleased.
